57. Every chartered appraiser shall promptly honour a client’s written request to retrieve a document entrusted to him, even if the fees for his services have not been paid in full.
A chartered appraiser who carries on professional activities within a partnership or joint-stock company must take reasonable measures to ensure that the partnership or joint-stock company complies with the requirements of the first paragraph.
